My Payment Options
Online
Payments are accepted online of up to $5,000 at no additional charge. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover card to pay your utility bill through our payment processing partner Retail Lockbox Management Services. You can also pay using a secure bank debit, and can even set up recurring payments so that your utility bill is paid automatically on the due date.
Over the Phone
(2 options)- Call 24 hours a day 844-531-3702 using Visa, MasterCard, Discover card or by E-check or
- During business hours call the District’s office at 253-941-1516.
Auto Pay
(2 options)- Schedule automatic payments from your checking account or credit card through the “Scheduled Payment” option at the online pay website or
- During business hours call the District’s office at 253-941-1516.

Note: If you are paying on a final notice your payments should not be mailed. We may not receive it in time to prevent further action.

The District's Administrative office is located at:

Office hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (except holidays). For after hour payments, there is a drop box located on the island between the Fire District and the District’s office. All payments received after 12 p.m. will be posted the next business day.

Disconnection
To avoid service interruption, if you are paying a bill on an account scheduled for disconnection please call Lakehaven Customer Service at 253-941-1516 after completing your payment transaction (regardless of payment method).Do you need help paying your bill or would you like to make a donation to help others?
