The Development Engineering (DE) department of Lakehaven Water and Sewer District manages several areas including Certificates of Availability, new water & sewer service connections, new development projects, & information regarding existing water & sewer system facilities. Beginning July 15, 2022 Customer Service and Billing Staff will be in a staff meeting the 3rd Friday of each month from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM. On the third Friday of the month the office hours and phone hours will be 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM (instead of 8 AM to 4 PM).
Effective August 10, 2022 the DE office is TEMPORARILY CLOSED to visitors and customers except by special appointment, due to construction safety concerns. We anticipate this office closure to only last a few weeks.
Parking is limited during construction. The Water Shop Building (Development Engineering) will have two designated customer parking spots in front of the customer service entrance to the building.
