Donald Perry is a
Registered Professional Engineer with thirty-five years experience in
the water and wastewater utility business. He has over 25 years
experience with large water and wastewater utilities from the Northeast
and Mid Atlantic States and over twenty years in the State of Washington
in the greater Tacoma area. Donald Perry was appointed General Manager
of the District in 1997 and is a graduate of the University of
Connecticut.
