Board of
Commissioners open position
The Board of
Commissioners of the Lakehaven Utility District invites interested persons
to apply for appointment to an open position on the Board. The open
position expires at the end of 2009. The appointed commissioner will hold
office until the 2007 general election and must be elected at such time to
retain the remainder of the term. Applicants must be residents of the
District and be eligible to hold public office under the laws of the State
of Washington. Written applications for consideration by the Board shall be
received at the District Office, located at 31627 First Avenue South,
Federal Way, Washington, 98003 no later than 5:00 pm., June 5th,
2006. Applications may be submitted on a form available at the District
office or on a form of the applicant’s choice.

It is
anticipated that interviews with selected applicants will be held on the
evening of June 22, 2006. Scheduling will be coordinated to the extent
possible to take into account applicant availability.
