Environmental Impact Statement for
Reclaimed Water System Project

The Lakehaven Utility District (District) has completed a Water Reclamation Feasibility Study and a Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a Reclaimed Water System Project. The EIS includes both a general “programmatic” overview of potential future reclaimed water strategies in the District, as well as “project-specific” facility configuration alternatives that address specific treatment plant upgrades, conveyance routes, and recharge sites for reclaimed water. The EIS has been prepared consistent with the Washington State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) (Chapter 43.21C RCW) and SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC). For more information contract John Bowman (jbowman@lakehaven.org).
